9. Taxation & Compliance

  • Any financial benefits, if applicable, will be paid in accordance with statutory tax deductions (TDS, GST, etc.).

10. Conduct & Legal Compliance

Users must comply with:

  • Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA)

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
